When you think of all the diets you have heard of, most of them (likely all of them) are protein heavy. But it can be a challenge to eat more protein, so I have complied a list of my favorite protein snacks. I put a ⭐️ next to the snacks I eat most days.

Protein has many benefits. Personally I eat high amounts of protein to help lose or maintain weight, to build muscle, and to keep me satiated.

⭐️ Builder Bars, by Clif Bar (20g protein) found at any grocery store, and sometimes Costco has a big box of 2 flavors. Plant based protein and soy with zero artificial sweeteners and zero sugar alcohols.

⭐️ Protein Chips, by Quest (19g protein) found at Super Supplements, grocery stores and amazon.com. There are many flavors and the taste is *chef’s kiss* 🤌

Clear Protein Drink, by Premier Protein (20g protein) found on amazon.com in multiple flavors, and sometimes Costco (Costco carries other brands too). This is flavored water beverage that contains whey protein sweetened with sucralose- an artificial sweetener regulated by the FDA.

Core Power Protein Shake, by Fairlife (20-40g protein) found at Costco, grocery stores and amazon.com. Chocolate and vanilla flavored pre-made shakes, I personally enjoy the higher carbohydrate option. Fairlife Lactose-Free Milk is also tasty with high protein (13g per serving).

Power Cakes Pancake Mix, by Kodiak Cakes (14g protein for ½ cup mix) found on amazon.com, in most grocery stores, sometimes Costco. I usually add a little protein powder as I make the batter, along with egg whites (instead of water or whole egg). Sugar free syrup on top, by Mrs. Butterworth.

Other Protein Snacks

Greek Yogurt, vanilla flavored (add protein powder and stir)

Hard-boiled Eggs

⭐️ String Cheese

Protein Granola by Nature Valley

Beef Jerky

⭐️ Kodiak Cakes Muffin – Power Cup

Vega Protein Powder (pea and pumpkin seed protein)

Chike Protein Coffee (contains espresso)

Please remember to discuss with your doctor and/or dietitian before starting a new diet or adding higher amounts of protein to your diet. I am not a dietitian.
